Donor/Volunteer
The Donor/Volunteer section allows you to keep track of all the information necessary. Each individual’s record can be established based upon their involvement. As an example, an individual can be both a donor and volunteer in a golf tournament. You can track both on one record. If the individual also is a participant in the year end gala, only one record is needed. By establishing different events from year to year, you can maintain an ongoing record of the individual’s involvement in all your events. |
Category
You also can define the category you want to main. The most common would be Donor, Participant and Volunteer. If you want to also break down you donates by category, just define the category. Some events may to keep track of the number of restaurant donations that are made. By creating a Restaurant Category, you reporting will allow you list all donations for restaurant donations. |
