Price and Support

Price

FCAP is a fully network version.  It can be used as by a single user or as a network version. The purchase prices is $1,995.

The purchase includes 60 day of unlimited support.

FCAP can be customized to meet you unique requirements, if necessary.  If you will provide us with a list of changes required, we will provide you with a quote for those changes.

Support

After the 60 day support period telephone support is offered on a case basis during the business hours of 9:00 to 4:00 CST on the following fee basis.

Normal Business Hours

$60 per hour, minimum 1/2 hour

Overtime Support (by appointment)

$90 per hour, minimum 1/2 hour
