Event Management Software
Event Management Software is designed to help management any event. The software package can be utilized for both non profit and for profit events.
Donor/Volunteer The Donor/Volunteer section allows you to keep track of all the information necessary. Each individual’s record can be established based upon their involvement. As an example, an individual can be both a donor and volunteer in a golf tournament. You can track both on one record. If the individual also is a participant in the year end gala, only one record is needed. By establishing different events from year to year, you can maintain an ongoing record of the individual’s involvement in all your events.
Events You define the event. Each event is maintained separately.
Category You also can define the category you want to main. The most common would be Donor, Participant and Volunteer. If you want to also break down you donates by category, just define the category. Some events may to keep track of the number of restaurant donations that are made. By creating a Restaurant Category, you reporting will allow you list all donations for restaurant donations.
Reports The Reports section allows you to run numerous reports.
All Contacts/Donors Report This report is a listing of all information on each contact regardless of their category or event.
Contact/Donors by Event/Category This report allows you to run reports based upon the Event and Category. You choose each definition. For example, you may want a report on all Volunteer for the 2004 Golf Tournament,
Or a report on all the Donors for the 2004 Gala.
Contact/Donor Address List This report provides you with an address listing of all contacts.
Microsoft Integration
This database will interface with Microsoft programs Word and Excel. To create mailing, Microsoft Word can be used to merge data files. To create spreadsheet applications, Microsoft Excel can import data files.
